Use cases

MP payment → Holded invoice

When a customer pays via agent-generated link, Zapier copies the amount to your bookkeeping.

Qualified lead → CRM

The AI agent flags a hot lead and it shows up as a deal in HubSpot/Pipedrive/Salesforce with all data.

Handoff → Slack

When the customer asks for a human, a ping lands in #sales with full context.

Spreadsheet → Brote contacts

Import your Google Sheets base into Brote as contacts ready for campaigns.

How to connect

  1. 1. Generate your API key in Brote

In the app: Settings → Integrations → API keys → Generate. Copy the token (we show it only once).

  2. 2. Open Brote in Zapier

While we are in public review, ask us for the private-app invite link. After review you find "Brote" in the directory.

  3. 3. Paste the API key

Zapier verifies with a GET /api/zapier/me and shows your organization name to confirm.

  4. 4. Build your first Zap

Pick a trigger (e.g. Payment received) and an action (e.g. Create row in Google Sheets). Done.

+ Make + n8n with the same setup

Not only Zapier — the same API powers Make.com, n8n self-hosted and custom endpoints.

Subscribe to outbound webhooks from Brote → your URL, signed with HMAC-SHA256. Verifiable, replay-protected, idempotent.
